Professor David Ross

Professor David Ross is a distinguished Professor and Chair of Flexible Delivery at the University of Southern Queensland (USQ), Australia.He is responsible for providing strategy and leadership in the area of e learning. His activities involve working with Universities, Schools, Corporate and Government agencies around the world. He has presented at numerous conferences and has been a team member and consultant of a number of e-Learning projects in several countries. Prior to his current roles he managed the operation of a private company INDELTA a company with which he was involved since its inception 8 years ago. As Chief Executive Officer, David has planned and led the activities of INDELTA and set up collaborative networks in e-learning activities with business, government and education sectors globally.

David has had four careers over 20 years in the fields of university administration, industry consultancy, university teaching and secondary teaching. Prior to taking up the position of Chair of Flexible Delivery and Chief Executive Officer with INDELTA, David was Associate Director, Distance Education Centre at the University of Southern Queensland. David has managed distance education programs, developed and taught multimedia units, coordinated research projects and led the design and introduction of innovative learning programs in education and industry. His experience is in developing courseware and strategies for the delivery of instruction in Distance Education, the use of multimedia in courseware design, creating interactive courseware, flexible delivery methodologies, and the emergence of blended learning delivery strategies for Universities.

David earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Education, Teacher Education from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. He acquired his Masters in Science, Industrial Education, Teacher Education and Curriculum Design from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. He earned his Doctorate Degree in Vocational Education, Administration and Curriculum, Trades and Industry from University of Cincinnati, Ohio.

David's fields of expertise and competence include training, Instructional design and curriculum development, Research in strategies for courseware delivery, Management both at University and Corporate, Project management, Strategic planning, People management, Commercialization and entrepreneurial activities Consultancy for e-learning initiatives.

Professor B. P. Singh
Professor B. P. Singh is a doyen in the area of academics, corporate training and providing consultancy to the various corporate houses apart from being the key brain behind many of projects/programmes/plans/initiatives of the various government departments, and being the strategic brain behind various key initiatives of different ministries of government of India and various Indian states. Professor Singh was Formerly Professor, Head and Dean of Faculty of Commerce and Business, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. professor Singh is the Former Chancellor of the erstwhile International University for Human Transformation (IUHT). Professor Singh has the experience of conducting senior level MDP Programmes specially organized for CEOs outside the Indian borders. Professor Singh is currently the chairman of Delhi School of Professional Studies and Research (DSPSR) and also the chairman of SHTR Group of Institutions. Dr. Ajay Kumar Singh
Dr. Ajay Kumar Singh is a practioner and an outstanding achiever in the areas of academics, research, consultancy and institution building. Dr. Singh is currently on board with Faculty of Commerce and Business, Delhi School of Business, University of Delhi, Delhi. he was the former vice chancellor of erstwhile International University for Human Transformation. Professor Singh is the President-GB of SHTR Group of Institutions. SHTR Group has promoted various educational institutions, private university and various IT and Management consulting firms providing IT and Management consultancy services to different governments, and corporate houses across the globe. Dr. Kavita Singh

Dr. Kavita Singh is currently working as Reader in Organization Behaviour at Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, Delhi. She has been conducting series of training programmes spanning differentt facets of Human Resources, Organization behaviour, Organization change and development. She has earned her doctorate from University of Delhi in the area of Organization behviour. She is a Masters in Psychology and has a deep understanding of Human issues and has the special knack of training the trainers as to how they should manage the people in the organization. Professor P. N. Singh
Professor P. N. Singh is the incumbent Executive Director of Delhi School of Professional Studies and Research. Professor Singh is a renowned academician and real life practitioner. He served as Minister of State for Finance in Bihar during his stint as a Professor. Professor Sing has made outstanding contribution to the world of academics by authoring a number of books apart from having published a series of articles in magazines and journals of repute in different parts of the globe. Professor Singh was Professor Head and Dean of Department of Management in B. R. Ambedkar University. Earlier, he was associated a Profesor with Department of Management, BIT Meshra, Ranchi. DR. S. C. Panda
